Sabriya Fisher, Hilary Prichard and Betsy Sneller received a Best Student Paper Award for their presentation at NWAV 43 which was held in Chicago on October 23-26, 2014. The title of their paper was "The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree: incremental change in Philadelphia families". Their abstract can be found at the NWAV 43 website. The conference was hosted jointly by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Illinois Chicago.
