    Code of Conduct

Attendees of PLC 47 will be expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

    Civility

Adhere to the LSA's Civility Policy [PLC 47 is not an LSA-affiliated event]

    Enforcement

Participants who are asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, event organizers retain the right to take any actions to keep PLC 46 a welcoming enviornment for all participants.
This includes the delivery of verbal and/or written warnings, and unilateral expulsion from the conference.

Organizers may take action to redress anything designed to, or with the clear impact of, disrupting the event or making the environment hostile for any participants.

Participants must follow these rules during all times at all event venues.

    Reporting

If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it to conference staff as soon as possible. Harassment and other violations of the Civility Policy reduce the value of the event for everyone. People like you make our scientific community a better place, and we want you to be able to enjoy PLC 47 to the fullest!

[Thank you to the organizers of ELM 2020 for allowing us to adapt their Code of Conduct.]
