Henry Hoenigswald Prize in Linguistics for Undergraduates

In memory of Henry Hoenigswald, late professor emeritus of linguistics, this prize, consisting of a book of the student's choice (up to $150 in price) on a topic in linguistics, is given to any student whose senior thesis is deemed by the faculty to have made a significant scientific contribution to the field. The prize has been made available from funds donated by alumni and friends of the department of linguistics.
