Order Form for CorpusSearch
To obtain a five-user site license for CorpusSearch, please read the
following Conditions of Use, then print out, complete and sign the order form,
and enclose payment.
Conditions of Use

hereby request a copy of the CorpusSearch program. I agree by this request
to adhere to the following conditions of use:
- User acknowledges that CorpusSearch is subject to copyright
restrictions. User agrees to abide by them as well as to notify all
associates who access or use the program of the copyright restrictions.
User acknowledges that violations of copyright restrictions may result in
legal liability.
- User will make no commercial use of CorpusSearch without prior
permission.
- User will not redistribute CorpusSearch to others.
- User will acknowledge CorpusSearch in any written work or oral
presentations based on research using the program.
- User acknowledges that the distributor of CorpusSearch makes no
warranties, express or implied, concerning CorpusSearch, including but not
limited to its ownership, merchantability, or fitness for a particular
purpose. The distributor shall not be liable for any direct,
consequential, punitive, or other damages suffered by user or any other
person resulting from the use of the distributed materials.

Payment Information
The cost of CorpusSearch is $50. Your payment must be drawn on a
U.S. bank in U.S. dollars, payable to Beth Randall. If you are
ordering the program from outside the U.S., your bank may
require a mailing address for Beth Randall in order to issue a check. If
so, use the Penn Department of Linguistics address, but mail the check
to Anthony Kroch at that address, not to Beth Randall.
