The 28th Penn Linguistics Colloquium will take place February 27-29, 2004.

Our invited speaker is Juliette Blevins from the University of California,
Berkeley, who will be talking about structure-preserving sound change.

The deadline for abstracts is Monday, December 8, 2003. A call for papers will
be distributed soon.
