DSC01399 * Rocky Mountains heisst ja steinige Berge! * 960 x 1280 * (663KB)

DSC01400 * Die ganze Zeit hatten wir tolles Wetter. Angesagt waren 25 Grad, sonnig, und baerig! Tatsaechlich sind wir am zweiten Tag auch Grizzlybaeren begegnet... Aber da wir so schnell wie moeglich rueckwaerts gingen, konnten wir die leider nicht fotografieren. || We had great weather the whole time. The forecast promised a high of 77 degrees (25 celsius), sun, and bears. We met the bears on our second day. Unfortunately, we were so busy walking backwards as fast as possible that we couldn't take any pictures. So we have to believe Chris that they actually existed. =) * 1280 x 960 * (599KB)

DSC01405 * Bergziegen. Nur ein paar der vielen Tiere, die wir zu Gesicht bekamen. Ausser den Baeren waeren da noch Eichhoernchen, Streifenhoernchen, Hasen, Rehe, ein Elch, mehr Baeren (vom Auto aus), eine grosse Eule, usw. Ein paar Fotos folgen noch. || These goats are only some of the animals we saw... we saw several more bears later (from the car), also deer, a moose, hares, chipmunks & squirrels, a big owl, etc. There will be a few pictures later. * 1280 x 960 * (587KB)
Comment: Im Juli sind wir zwei Tage in den Rocky Mountains zelten gefahren. Chris ist hier schon frueher oefter gewesen, aber diesmal hatten wir auch zwei Freunde aus Philadelphia dabei. || Our two day's camping trip in the Rocky Mountains, Kananaskis Country. We went together with Kendra and Yehuda, our friends from Philadelphia.
